• last name, first name, patronymic (if any);

2.3. In the case of integration with external services (e.g. Google Calendar), the Service may process:

• calendar statuses (busy/free);
• calendar events (creation, modification, deletion);
• access and refresh tokens for authorisation.

2.4. The User may at any time disable the integration and delete the data through the Service interface — all tokens will be destroyed.

2.5. Any other information (browser, OS, action history) is stored securely and is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.

Personal data is used exclusively for:

• identifying the User when concluding the agreement and making payment;
• processing payments and issuing invoices;
• providing technical and customer support;
• providing access to the AI agent functionality;
• sending notifications, confirmations, and messages;
• improving the quality of the service and user experience;
• conducting marketing and statistical analyses;
• ensuring the correct operation of integrations with calendars and other CRM systems.

The User is obliged to:

• provide accurate data during registration;
• promptly update information in case of changes.

The User has the right to:

• access, edit, and delete their data;
• withdraw consent to data processing (by request to info@soldee.kz);
• receive information about the purposes, terms, and scope of processing;
• delete data if it is no longer needed or has been processed unlawfully (within 60 calendar days from the moment of the request).

The Provider is obliged to:

• use data only for the purposes specified in section 3;
• ensure confidentiality and secure storage;
• not transfer personal data without the User’s consent, except in cases provided for by law;
• use Google API data strictly within the scope of integration purposes;
• apply encryption and modern token protection methods.

The Provider has the right to:

• analyse non-personal data (cookies, statistics) to optimise advertising and improve the service;
• unilaterally amend the Policy to enhance the level of security.

The Provider is not liable for:

• data posted by the User in public access;
• actions of third parties who have gained unauthorised access to the User’s account;
• consequences caused by following external links posted on the website.

6.1. Use of the website https://soldee.kz constitutes the User’s consent to this Policy.

6.2. In case of disagreement, the User is obliged to stop using the Service.

6.3. The Policy is posted on the website and accessible via a direct link from the home page.

6.4. All changes take effect from the moment of publication on the website.
